Who I Am
I am a retired U.S. Army combat veteran, leadership coach, and writer. My work is built on faith, discipline, and responsibility. I lead from conviction, not convenience.
Forged in Pressure
I served twenty-six years in the United States Army. I held leadership roles where decisions carried real consequences and responsibility was not optional.
Beyond the military, I have served in ministry, officiated competitive athletics, built businesses, and raised six children. Pressure reveals character. It also refines it.
What I Teach
- Faith anchored leadership
- Disciplined structure over motivation
- Clarity in language and decision-making
- Calm execution under pressure
My writing challenges drift. My coaching demands ownership. The standard is not comfortable, but it is necessary.
